I stayed for 2 nights and found the room was very clean and comfortable. I did read reviews of people saying the beds were small but I had no trouble and I'm 5ft 10 and weigh 15st. The air con was much needed too, especially in the heat we have had/having. Location wise is fantastic. Right next to the underground and a 24/7 supermarket. Also the area is very busy with lots of eateries. The only issue I would say say is, because it's a busy area, the noise from the traffic and crowds maybe be an issue for light sleepers. Other than that, this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in London and I have been to London a few times now. Will definitely choose this hotel again

The overall cleanliness was good. The rooms were clean but very small. Almost too small as we had no where to store our cases and the wardrobe was too small to put our clothes away which meant we had to keep everything in our cases which was rather difficult as there was little room to access them on a daily basis. The rooms are best suited for an overnight or weekend.

The room was beautifully furnished, included a fridge, kettle etc. The towels were big and fluffy, the bed very comfortable, the wifi working well. The bathroom was spacious and with all the toiletries you need. The staff were very welcoming and friendly - it made a huge difference to be met at the outside door (at the bottom of the staircase) and have my luggage carried up for me to the room and being shown everything I needed to know about room controls etc. It was great to have reception manned 24 / 7 - travelling as a woman alone that gave me reassurance that all would be well during my stay.
