"Initially we were thrilled to stay here, as the pub manager showed us to our room, carried one of our suitcases and assured us that the waters & snacks would be replenished every day. Discovered after one shower that the shower gel was empty. I emailed the establishment asking for it to be refilled, and even left the top of the bottle on the bath mat as a hint. "Super comfortable room above the pub with air conditioning (much needed this summer)!! Very clean and quiet with lots of coffee shops and Turkish eateries nearby. Walking distance to Kensington Gardens, Bayswater & Queensway tube stations and a bus station diagonally across the street. Glad to have a phone in the room as we needed to make some local calls.
