"Only used as a stop over whilst heading down to the Key,s, nice a comfy bed but the rooms are old and in need of a good refurb although the cleanliness was all good, never used the pool but did look small, area is a bit industrial, reception and dining area is all good and breakfast was good quality with plenty to choose from."

"The hotel is in a great location. As expected from this hotel chain, the stay was consistently good and reliable, the breakfast was very nice, and the room rate offered good value for money. The only issue was that when I woke up early the next morning, I noticed some small red spots on my arm. I’m not sure whether they were caused by insect bites — perhaps not."

"Slept the first two nights in a comforter that had blood on it from previous people. Did not notice till second day I stayed there. And the front desk only offered to replace the comforter. Check the blankets before you use. Some of the towels had stains on them as well but some were good."

"The bathroom is extremely small, and the room smelled bad when we checked in; furthermore, the housekeepers knock on your door very early in the morning hours before checkout time."

"After I checked out and was asked do I want a receipt only for the front desk clerk to run out saying my card was declined AFTER I had already checked out! I had to screen shot my bank statements to prove the money had been taken out my account!! They also OWE me $100 back from incidentals! I will be calling to speak to the manager Carissa later! I’m livid I will never stay there again!!"

Rooms ("tiny houses") are clean, spacious, well stocked for in-home cook/dine (no chopsticks though), and immersed in nature. Gardens have koi, parrots, fish, and a friendly cat. Very quiet; no events or classes hosted during our stay. HOWEVER, management is horrible. They rent out these houses on 2 websites, don't check for accidental double booking, provided us check-in information...
