"Great location, about a 15 minute walk from Long Beach Convention Center or Alamitos Beach. Relatively inexpensive. Has the basics and the room was clean. Wifi was provided. Check-in/check-out is done by talking to a staff member through a window while you're outside. The room had a noticeable smell that might have been because of paint and/or the building old. The sink was unusually shaped like a box on top of the sink counter and I splashed a lot of water onto the sink counter while using it....
