Beautiful lake view! Watched loons flying by from the balcony. Carlos Lake state park with 14 miles of trails is just a 15 minute drive. Room and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly.

Room floor was sticky & had some candies left on the floor. The toilet wouldn't flush properly. Ran out of kleenex right away. Staff wasn't very friendly. Stayed there last year & had a nice stay. This year not ao much, won't be back again.

I stay at a lot of hotels across the country and out of the country this was by far the best. Everything was perfect. The breakfast bar was out of this world. Would highly recommend it by far. If I had any complaint is was stayed in 313 right by elevator and the noise from the door opening the ding ...
