"The hotel itself is a nice place to stay. Clean rooms and well maintained areas. Cons: Had a terrible view, overlooking roof and staring right at large air conditioning unit. "The elevators are extremely slow and the room I was in (333) was over the hotel entry. Guests outside were very loud until 2:30a. I could not sleep. At 12:30a, I called the front desk no answer and it took 3 tries to get a staff member who said she would call Security and ask the loud guests to relocate but never did. They continued another 2 hours. Very disappointed, this is a hotel for work purposes that I am/was hoping to stay at monthly"
