Stayed one night, but overall a 5/5. Well renovated and upscale. Coffee in the lobby area was great as well. Staff were kind and helpful. Only two elevators though so during cleaning times it can get busy, but not a deal breaker at all. Will visit again next time I'm in Brooklyn.

First off, the hotel was very modern and chic. It was my first time staying in a hotel in Brooklyn and I definitely feel like I picked a great one. My room was very spacious and clean. Although I only spent one night, I would definitely recommend Sela V.

I just checked out this morning from a solo birthday trip and I can’t wait to plan my next visit! The staff were very friendly and the hotel itself was beautiful. I stayed 2 nights in a bridge view loft and I would absolutely recommend it to everyone! The room was spacious, very clean, the water pressure in the shower was 10/10! I loved relaxing in the free standing tub while looking out at the city views! The fuzzy robe and slippers were the icing on the cake. The lobby and outside sitting area were wonderful. The live piano player was a very nice touch! The bar does close a little early, however, totally worth it! The cafe- I had a caramel cold brew and a delicious croissant. If you are looking for sophisticated vibes, friendly service, wonderful accommodations and something that is close enough to the city without the hustle and bustle, Sela V is it! I will absolutely be back!

Really nice boutique hotel. The front entrance, lobby, and bar/lounge area are welcoming and beautiful. (The bar/lounge area is huge!) The hallways are unique and intriguing. The room itself was modern, clean, and comfortable. Each staff member we encountered was helpful and friendly. A plus was the small parking area they have which is free for guests. It's first come, first serve with only about 10 or so spaces, but we had no problem getting one. The only issue we had was that the shower in the bathroom is one of those that only has a partial door. In other words, one fixed glass panel leaving half of the shower stall exposed so that when one showers the entire bathroom floor ends up soaking wet. Besides being unpleasant, it seems that this could be dangerous. Also, there are no ice machines available to guests, although the bar staff happily provided us with ice for our cooler. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would gladly stay here again.

From the moment we walked in to check in, I could tell service was gonna be exceptional. It was very clean, it was beautiful and close to the train and bus station, and the staff were so kind! Will stay here again next time I visit.

The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful navigating my way around Brooklyn. The rooms were clean, hot showers with great water pressure, an excellent bar. Felt like it was all brand new. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to Brooklyn.

The property is well maintained and very clean. The staff were beyond helpful and the front desk is very welcoming. They have a bar, but I didn’t utilize it. It’s located in the Clinton Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn and very safe. The bed was firm, which wasn’t horrible, but the softer pillows made up for it. There is a small fridge in the room, but no microwave or iron etc. I’m unsure if those items were available to be requested, but it didn’t change how I felt about staying at this hotel. The hotel was very quiet and ironically I did not hear street traffic. I would absolutely stay here again.
