"In our room, the bed had a noise problem. Given the shortness of my two-night stay, I chose not to generate a formal complaint. However, the next room housed a canine that began barking at 4 p.m. Upon returning at 8 p.m. from our departure on Saturday at 5 p.m., the barking persisted. I informed the management staff about this situation. Despite these technical drawbacks, I believe that the accommodation offers adequate value for money."

"Hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to local restaurants and bars. Our room was "City view" and it was a bit loud but they give ear plugs. I would recommend a portable fan or white noise to help. It didn't effect our sleep. My husband and I stayed 2 nights and went hiking. Ricketts Glen State Park and Falls were 1 hour 20 minutes away and well worth the travel there and back for a great day trip. The falls were amazing! "Outside property and surrounding area was beautiful. Cottages look great from the outside however the one I stayed in needs an upgrade!(#50) The bedroom was fine(except for paint peeling on the ceiling) and the blinds and balance were outdated and fridge was noisy. The bathroom needs a serious upgrade! Toilet too low, mirror over sink to high, and tub didn’t drain. After two showers there was over a foot of standing water. Doors were not the most secure. "Traveling for leisure, requested a handicapped room as I walk with a cane. At no time did the person checking me in ask me to confirm what room type I had requested, I got a standard 2 dbl bed room with a tub. I requested a walk in shower. I thought it was odd that the front desk manager rather than walk around the desk to address a computer issue was sitting on the desk to fix the matter, but it was apparently easier. "The breakfast was ok, I did not like they did not had a buffet, I like to serve my self. A roach woke me up on my bed. It was a 75% clean. The staff where amazing. I would stay again."

"This property was great! We are already talking about going back during the summer. The highlight of our trip was the lake beach. Our kids enjoyed it, as we were lucky to have very nice weather in April. They got to play in the shallow end! The property itself is very clean, modern, and cozy. The property owner was very responsive leading up to our trip and during our stay! We had a great, relaxing getaway and didn’t want to leave. We hope to return soon! "
