Mixed reviews on the room, one couple moved because of noisy guests my upgrade given to another member of our group so that was annoying and only one charger working so not able to charge our car. Other guests being disrespectful to the adjoining property smoking out of the window ! Bed really comfy abc a fabulous shower and lovely toiletries. Bill needs to be a bit clearer as it’s not obvious what you have...

"Let's start with the good stuff. Bathroom spotless, lovely fluffy towels and a great size too, not the usual handkerchief you often get! Massive bed, crisp clean bedding, great pillows. OK, so let's ignore the fact that the decor is in need of an update - it might be shabby, but the room was really clean throughout. Negatives? Central heating SO noisy, I had to wear earplugs to block out the background noise. And the shower, although really good and hot, is like being spiked by needles! Easily...

"A fantastic weekend celebrating a 30th birthday with the family. All staff so helpful, nothing was a problem from the minute we walked through the doors at reception to enjoying time in the bar restaurant and leisure facilities all staff made us very welcome. "

"The food was lovely breakfast had lots of options and the dinner menu was fantastic! It was a shame we couldn’t dine in the restaurant as it was only allowed for people ordering the set valentine menu .. so we ate at the bar. The swimming pool was cold which was unfortunate. Along with staff cleaning out the drains in front of us by the showers as we swam. But the sauna and steam room and gym facilities were good along with robes to walk down in from our room. The £75 deposit per night was not...

"We spent two nights at the hotel and were very pleased from the moment we arrived. The décor was lovely, the room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was big and extremely comfortable. The staff were very friendly and eager to help. We used the spa facilities on the day of arrival, and it was wonderfully quiet — we were able to enjoy the sauna, steam room,pool and the gym without any waiting.
