"We love this hotel. Charming, cozy and right in the midst of Time Square!"

"This is NOT a luxury hotel, nor does it charge luxury hotel rates. But the STAFF is FABULOUS and the facilities perfectly adequate, if not bette rthan that. They say you get what you pay for, but the staff were a pleasant surprise. I came down to the lobby for two complimentary glasses of wine (a nice malbec, by the way) and light snacks, and as I struggled to get them back to the room the attendant brought me a tray, then accompanied me to and called the elevator, then reached in and pressed...

"Amazing location! Also, the amenities such as the espresso machine or the refillable water bottles were very nice touches! I had read that some people said the room sizes were small but I found them to be quite sizable for a midtown hotel and comfortable overall (our party had both standard and terrace rooms). The front of house was so nice and very helpful. Would stay here again in a second!!"
