"I did not like breakfast, but it may be my problem with the american style of eating"

"This was a great affordable stay!! It is very small but you get what you’re paying for. The staff was very nice and considerate. There was a random sock in the drawer under the bed so i know housekeeping doesn’t look super through. Also our ipad didn’t work in the room so we couldn’t use some features but I wasn’t in the room enough for that to matter. The decorations in the hotel were so pretty!! Overall a great experience I would stay again."

"Not happy with breakfast. The first day i got downstairs 30 minutes before it was over. The server said there were no eggs, no other fruit besides apples. The next day eggs, bananas and oranges appeared. I stayed there before when it was part of the Sonder Group. There was a pot of real oatmeal vs packets of instant. They used to offer meat options, not now. I also remember a griddle for waffles. You either get toast or bagels now. I choose where I stay based on breakfast, I like to get up and have my breakfast so I can take my medication. I also wasn't happy with the noise that was permitted in the lobby. There's a foosball in the lobby. I thought that I was at FIFA match with all of the chanting. I will not be back 😩"

"Best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The complementary waters made all the difference. Having access to an awesome gym was also amazing for people who enjoy fitness and gyms while traveling. "

"Pros: Great stay for a short getaway, Friendly staff and has a decent hot tub/pool. Cons: Garage parking only with an hourly or daily fee, pricey bars and restaurants, and fire alarm went off every time we showered. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Porter Square Hotel. It has everything I needed for my short trip to Boston. The staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean and well kept. I woud highly recommend this hotel if you are headed to Cambridge. There are several food and coffee options in the area. The train station is in short walking distance also."
