"This hotel was a great find! It is very affordably priced with a good location in Kunming. It is within walking distance of a metro station. The main negative feature was the surprisingly dirty carpets in the hallways for the rooms. The lobby area and most common area were all pristine. But, when we got off the elevator to go our room, which was also clean, I was a bit shocked to see carpeting that hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, with dirt stains all over the carpet. "Really nice location. Nice food street virtually next door. Easy DiDi ride to wherever you want to go if you dont like walking. I like walking . Great lounge for afternoon tea or coffee on the 5th floor. Take advantage of it. Staff was all very kind and helpful"

"空港からホテルへのシャトルサービスは便利なのだが、運行時間、集合場所などの案内が明示されていない。ホテルに事前に連絡しても場所案内が要領を得ず。見取り図も無し。 ドライバーも中国語でしか会話出来ないので毎回苦労した。"

"The hotel is right across the Green Lake. Traffic in Kunming was the worst I have ever seen in China, especially around the city center so be mindful how much time you need to go around places. Breakfast buffet was ok for the hotels in Kunming. When I arrived, the hotel told me the room type I booked ran out, so you better call them beforehand to make sure the room type you booked is available."
