Friendly & professional staff. Breakfast was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for example, requesting a bucket of soapy water / sponge to clean our car of seagull droppings every morning. Also, a guest in an above room to ours left his bath tap running & then laid on his bed to "rest" causing ...

The hosts are lovely, the welcome couldn’t have been warmer. The breakfasts, cooked to order, were excellent and preceded by the selection of fresh fruit, seeds etc you usually only find in a big posh hotel. I even got a free parking place!
