"Quick check in. Quiet. Was told there was breakfast but it was just bread, muffins, coffee and orange juice. Went to shower and realized there was no body wash. Was given a bunch of hair conditioner. Conveniently located though."

"Nice hotel in a perfect location. Views from the balcony were incredible. Room was nice pretty out dated and there was no fridge, microwave, or coffee maker. The ice machines did not work, and there was really no amenities besides the wifi. Its in quieter part of town if your sleeping early."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Aurora on Catalina Island! The staff was attentive, helpful and accommodating. The room was clean. The bathroom was good. One issue we had was the WiFi. It was spotty and off/on. The other issue was the hill to get to the hotel. It was a steep incline. Lol But once you’ve reached the hotel, you’ll be welcomed with some cold water to help you from the climb. Lol Nonetheless, I would stay here again. The roof top view makes up the issues we had. 😊"

"Our room was on the smaller side but it worked for us since we didn’t spent much time there. The room had a microwave and fridge which was very convenient for us. There was a small shelf we were able to use as a table but we made the small space work for us. The AC worked well and kept our room cool. The location was also perfect for our weekend trip. I would stay here again."

"Property is colorful and interesting but also old and worn. Rooms are expensive but maintained like low-rent apartments. Twice during our two-day stay the toilet wouldn't flush and we had to request maintenance. We were told they would discount our cost for the inconvenience but multiple calls to ask for specifics produced no results. We will not be back."
