"Hotel needs deep clean in bathrooms with grout and the floors get drenched no matter what you do. Very confusing and horrible parking, located in a very awkward three way in downtown which was awful to get in and out of. Clean beds and room with nice staff but will not go back."

"Average hotel needs updates. Front desk was pleasant, not award-winning service (except for one agent who provide excellent customer service to resolve room issue). It's impossible to speak with a live person at the front desk on phone (even in the hotel I had to walk downstairs to get customer service). The hotel is very well located and it was quiet on a busy street. It's midtown with Fox Theatre directly across the street, businesses, restaurants, convenience store, coffee shop, METRO and very walkable. Everything is close by. The area feels safe, but it does have city life (although it's the south, i.e. like most cities there are some unhoused people in the area). Specifically some small points about the hotel it could use some updates (for the price point), furniture, working ice machines, and minor repairs like door handles. Again, it a real bummer not to be able to talk with someone IN THE HOTEL via telephone before (and/or after arrival). My 3-day leisure visit was fine 3 out 5. I would stay here again for the LOCATION (they do have restaurant and coffee shop - both over priced). Nothing is complimentary. Enjoy the stay. peace."

"The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to Atlantic Staton (dining & shopping). The hotel itself is clean, modern and staff was friendly. I wish the rooms that have the kitchenette had more amenities such as plates, silverware, glasses and paper towels. Overall room is spacious and very comfortable."

"The Kimpton Shane Hotel is one highly recommend. I recently traveled there for the first time with my soccer team and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome and expedite the check-in process after our long travels. Extremely friendly restaurant food was delicious. Will definitely stay here again."

"Affordable price but the pool was under repair, the hotel felt like a ghost town and there was not an open coffee shop in the lobby. If you need a place to sleep, it works. If you’re expecting anything more than that, you’ll be disappointed."
