"Great spot to stay downtown and especially for convention center."

"Checked in and the toilet was backed up. Called front desk and they were only able to bring a plunger to the room. Half of the outlets didn’t work. I went to get ice and the ice bucket had moldy water sitting in it. I went to the front desk and the woman wasn’t much help. She told me I had to contact Hotels.com because I booked through them. She also told me I would get a new ice bucket brought to my room and I never received it. I’ve stayed at this property before and always enjoyed the stay, but after this last experience I will definitely not be returning."

"Pool was great. The staff was very helpful. What I really liked was getting a text after we checked in to find out if we needed anything. I responded that we would like a fan in our room while we were at the Wolves game and within minutes I was informed that it had been put in our room. Great location, right across the street from the Target Center by walkway. Close to great restaurants downtown. I highly recommend this place."
