"My wife and I arrived late after being delayed in Bariloche picking up our ski rental, but the staff was present when we arrived and showed us to our room right away. The hotel is incredibly well maintained and clean. My wife loved how quaint it was. She also loved the heated floors. Our room was a comfortable temp for us, but they did inform us that changing the temperature in our room would be very difficult because they heat the rooms through the floors. They recommended that we do not adjust the thermostat ourselves and ask them to do it if we really needed to. We were also grateful that the staff spoke English. We also had some clothes laundered which was an additional charge but very worth it to us! It’s nice that the hotel is right on the edge of Villa Cerro Catedral to avoid having to drive through the village, but the walk is a bit far to the base if you are skiing or snowboarding. We did the walk two mornings in ski boots and were fine—just know it’s a solid 10 minute walk in ski/snowboarding boots. It might be worth looking into a ski rental service that also lets you store your gear right at the base. Breakfast was included in our rate, and it was delivered to our room each morning. It was delicious and a great way to fuel up before skiing: a small carafe of coffee; bottles of yogurt, orange juice, and milk; scrambled eggs; assorted pastries including medialunas, bread, blueberry muffins; fresh fruit (mandarins one morning and bananas the other)."

"Amazing hotel, but overpriced. I stayed at the vintage area and need slots of upgrades. Food is ridiculously expensive. Breakfast buffet was impressive!! The airport transfer is excessively expensive. I suggest Uber/Lyft. Overall, it was good."

"La vista de la habitación como ninguna otra. Excelente. El staff muy atento, el primer día dejamos nuestras maletas, llegamos de noche bastante tarde y cansados y ya tenían las maletas acomodadas en el cuarto lo cual fue un alivio enorme. El desayuno un poco deficiente, algo simple, las medialunas estaban frías y duras (aunque las calentara quedaban duras) lo único caliente era el huevo que estaba normal. Cuando nos cambiaron las toallas, la mía tenía un pelo grueso y negro y además tenía un hueco. Además la habitación no tiene aire acondicionado por lo que si se ponía un poco caliente. Si estaba un poco lejos del centro sin embargo alquilamos un carro y tenían bastante estacionamiento, no tuvimos problema. La presión de agua y temperatura muy buena, el baño un poco chico lo que hacía algo complicado no mojar afuera. Sin embargo, creo que estos detalles no son nada tomando en cuenta la vista tan hermosa y la atención. Nos contactaban cualquier detalle por WhatsApp, muy buena comunicación."

"Lugar hermoso con una vista FUERA DE SERIE del lago. Estando con auto es un lugar clave porque está en medio de circuito chico y la ciudad. Tiene un jardín de invierno de la propiedad con toda la vista al lago que ni dan ganas de salir del lugar. Sin ningún tipo de dudas, volveré a quedarme la próxima vez."
