Disappointing trip, service at breakfast was extremely poor and two out of the four rooms we had to change because amenities were not working. Been staying here for the past 6-7 years and sadly it will be the last time.

We were given a handicap accessible room despite our preferences upon booking. Unfortunately we were still charged an amenity fee that covered bike rental and beach yoga despite it raining every day during our stay thus we were unable use the amenities. To top it all off, housekeeping threw our leftover food away that was in a box and lying neatly on the counter, nowhere near the trash.
