"The entire staff is fantastic. Friendly, courteous and always helpful, they go out of their way to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Learning your Spanish is important as many of the staff don't speak English or French. It is also respectful and they appreciate when you, at least try. Some guests smoke cigarettes in areas where they shouldn't be. I'd like to see a more aggressive approach regarding enforcement by the staff. Public areas, hallways and rooms should all be smoke free and most smokers are inconsiderate. That's my only concern. Otherwise, can't wait to come back!!"
