"This property was beautiful. Room was very clean, staff was very polite and friendly. Everything about this property was amazing. Here’s the heavy. Coming to this property I figured getting in and out would be easy. Unfortunately not. Ubers can come in for drop-off, but not allowed for pickup. Only way out is through a taxi. Taxi service is about 50 dollars. Not what I was expecting when staying at a 5 star resort. Almost every trip out was 50 dollars as that adds to an already pricy property,
Next, continental breakfast. Do not purchase. Not at all worth buying. It’s not even breakfast, more like snacks that are more than breakfast itself.
Deluxe king with ocean view was very pretty, but underwhelming. Views of the room need to be shown correctly when showing where the views are seen.
Last on this is the spa. It was amazing, the staff was friendly, the amenities were great and everyone you saw was so helpful. But, even giving a large amount for spa services, you still have to pay taxes and fees and the given amount amount to use for the spa, any extra can not be used towards covering those fees."
