"I was genuinely disappointed in the service. I emailed at the beginning of the week for to arrange transportation. Followed up. No response. I called and went to the front desk because the balcony door wouldn’t close, and as a result, the AC would not come on. No one ever same. I fixed it myself. Asked for sparkling champagne for myself and my partner. The staff brings him sparkling champagne, brings me white wine, as if I wouldn’t know the difference. Seems like everyone is going through the motions, no real focus on customer experience.
Not what you’d imagine when you think Eurostars. Would not recommend, and quite honestly wish I had stayed home."
