"I booked the room on Aug 2nd, but there is no reception but a paper with host's number.
nobody picked up the phone. They only replied text message.
my booked room was occupied (Deluxe Room, Mountain View – The Viognier). And the gust said they booked this sam room couple of months ago (I met with them when I texting to the host).
The host said he did not get hotels.com's reservation, but I had gotten host's email confirmation through hotels.com message system.
