"I needed to call ahead of time as I have a sensitivity to highly scented cleaning products. I’m happy to say that there wasn’t any apparent smell from the cleaning supplies that were used. No carpets which is a plus. I appreciate it how willing the staff was to help make my stay comfortable and pleasant."

"Great breakfast, (not included) and lovely location. Staff were very nice. But a bit surprised there was a parking fee in a smallish town like Durango. Internet worked after I got a promo-code. But not before. If it doesn't work go to the front desk and they'll give a code. But overall liked it."

"Had an issue with check-in. I reserved a king room and they tried to put me in a double queen room. When I went to speak to the attendant he was a little rude about the situation so things did not start off well The room was clean and kept clean , beds were uncomfortable and worn. Breakfast wasn't much at all, being a type 1 diabetic there wasnt any protein options so I was unable to enjoy the breakfast. I wouldn't stay again."
