"We chose Xuux Peek primarily as a way to break up the drive back from Merida to Cancun Airport for a noon flight, but with the hopes of a night of serenity to ease us out of our 10-day trip. I found other reviews to be helpful and accurate... the fully covered senote was amazing and felt like walking onto a set of Mandalorian - BUT not swimmable. The other open one, clearly being styled for possible events, was beautiful and small but swimmable, but mostly what felt like a "watering hole." The Cenote / Pool Combo was great for our 6 and 9 year olds. Both Cenotes very worth the visit, but get your rope swinging and cliff diving in at other cenotes. But this were perfect for a late afternoon cooldown. The rooms were very clean and the property was serene. The staff was helpful. It really seems that the property is designed to be great for those just trying to get a way , but also for larger groups that might want a yoga retreat or similar. Due to the toll road, there can be some backtracking, but it wasn't bad. There was "ok" pizza that delivered, but otherwise, plan to drive 10-20 minutes to a nearby village for meals. Would stay again!! "

"Gorgeous property that made you feel like you were in your own Mayan villa. The hotel is nesteled in a neighborhood with a beautiful and charming pool, delicious food options available at the onsite restaurant, Naino. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and helpful if I had questions. "

"L'hôtel n'est pas cher c'est un point positif mais pour seulement une nuit en dépannage. La salle de bain toilettes et commune, la chambre est moyennement propre avec pleins de fourmies. La piscine est sale avec pleins de feuille impossible de se baigner. Il est possible de garer la voiture en intérieur."

"This is the most amazing experience and stay that I have ever had in my life! The hotel is family owned small boutique establishment in the middle of the jungle. Surrounded by beautiful untouched nature, the amazing cenote and the absolutely phenomenal hospitality of the owners! The cenote is breathtaking and worth visiting! I highly recommend to book a night or more in one of their 3 spacious rooms! This is how our stay was: upon booking we were communicating via WhatsApp - we got directions, also we booked a dinner there. When we arrived we were greeted warmly, walked around the property, showed us our room and dinner was scheduled for an hour later. The menu is simple, but trust me it’s so delicious! We had a table set right near the Cenote with candle lights and music, listening to all kind of bird chirping and crickets singing! What an experience! After dinner we had a gathering around a fire pit and grilled some marshmallows. My older son wanted to swim in the cenote and he was allowed to do a night swim! In the morning we had a delicious breakfast and walked to taste the special honey from Mayan Melipona bees on the premises. The customer service is outstanding, the accommodations excellent and the experience like out of this world! Hands down this is the best stay I have ever had! "
