"They went above and beyond when my earring dropped down the sink. The maintenance man came quickly and was able to retrieve it. Everyone was kind and friendly only downside was no hangers or place to hang clothes no closet rack."

I left a fanny pack behind after dinner with cash, credit cards, and passport. It was promptly returned, nothing missing. We loved our stay and recommend the Tugboat Inn highly."
