"Not many choices on Tuesday night for dining. Our room had a nice view of the River and was very quiet. The carpet need a good cleaning."

"I wasn't able to get my room because they said they didn't even have my money in the system so I find that was a poor start so I didn't even end up getting a room there I ended up living moving in somewhere else"

"Internet great basketball court with clean pool breakfast my husband wished there would have been the waffles everyday pull out couch clean and comfortable loved that it's had a kitchen booked this due to our son's surgery very close to the groove hospital / surgery center walking distance to tx road house and pedros Mexican food Walmart many stores and the mall all right there perfect spot in our opinion we will use them again "

"I LIKED HOW THE HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY...JACK WAS AMAZING AND I WOULD LIKE TO COME AGAIN, HOWEVER, I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT I HAD TO TAKE MY CLOTHES SOMEWHERE ELSE TO WASH AS THERE WAS NO WASHER AND DRYER. I WISH THAT WE COULD AT LEAST HAVE A PLACE TO WASH CLOTHES. GOING DOWNNSTAIRS TO USE A MICROWAVE WAS ANOTHER INCONVIENENCE . BUT I UNDERSTAND THE POSSIBLE REASONING BEHIND IT (FIRE HAZZARD). I WAS PLEASED AT THE SELECTION OF FOOD FOR BREAKFAST. I LOVED THE FRUIT THAT WAS AVAILABLE AND THE FACT THAT THERE WAS A VARIETY TO CHOOSE FROM, THANK YOU FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND I REALLY HOPE THAT NEXT YEAR, IF I COME THAT THERE WILL BE A PLACE TO DO LAUNDRY... "The room had the ac unit cover door broke along with one section of the vent. The carpet had a big square cut in the floor not seemed back in. The sheer curtain was stained. The bathroom vent was very noisey and the shower nozzel was caked with lime. The elevator something spilled and was .sticky to walk on. The coffee was barely warm and taste old and to strong. Then they charged us a hundred dollar deposit and said it would take 2 days to be put back on. "

"The staff was lovely, however, the first morning, the cleaning ladies were playing very loud music just outside our room. The room was way smaller than advertised, and it was smell like very heavy smoke. The front desk lady moved us to another room that was a little bit better, but still smell a bit like smoke. Water pressure was low, but very hot water. No air vent in a very small bathroom. Coffee was good, but the last day, there was a horrible water leak in the lobby. Overall it was ok, but could have been better…"

"Staff was very sweet. We did notice in our shower an open, used bar of soap. I did show it to the front desk who offered to move us. The room did look clean, besides that. Just older. Hot tub had caution tape around it and ac in room .. idk, it was just older is all that I can say. It did serve the purpose for a one night trip to a concert. "
