Great location, lovely staff and suitabke for bafic requirements. Could be noisy at times, but all part of the celebrations! Highly recommended for a base close to the sanctuary.

Payment was commensurate to the room i got. TARI the receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. Location is walking distance to the entrance and along the way are shops for religious articles and restaurants. Safe to walk as the street to the hotel is frequented with people who are also on pilgrimage.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Decor is tired. eg big dent in the door. No hairdryer in the bathroom and the gap is dangerously exposed. No place to lounge as instead of a sofa there are bunk beds!

This was a good property to stay for the night. I was a little disappointed that I had reserved the room with one double bed and three single beds as we had three kids with us. We ended up getting a double bed and a double sofa bed so we had to have three of us in one bed. But the hotel was great for giving us the entry code for the hotel as our drive to Lourdes got us there at 2am after reception was closed. Excellent communication by reception to ensure we could get to our room. The location had us but a mere 5 minute walk from Lourdes, and we were surrounded by great shops and restaurants. This is the place to stay if you don’t mind an older building with older fixtures and furniture. It was enough for us to sleep for a few hours to rest, shower and check out.

Place was adequate for what we paid for. Staff was kind & friendly. Floors creek but it’s what you’d expect for the charm of a very old building. Extra blankets didn’t seem washed, no heater in the unit that works. Kitchenette was useful as we shopped at the local marchè. Overall, would just stay in a hotel & dine out as needed.

Disappointing

Great location but the property seriously needs a major overhaul. The bedroom was small with very light beds , bathroom was small with a bath/ shower with little pressure. Living area was unkept worn and uncomfortable. Only a few sockets in entire apartment . A deposit had to be paid to get cutlery which were not clean ,fridge was iced over and a service charge if you needed towels changed. Over all disappointing, un comfortable , every thing was worn . There are much better accommodation options in Lourdes The only positive we’re the staff who were most helpful and attentive .

Centrally located

It was a comfortable and pleasant stay! It's centrally located, close to the grotto and other places of interest. Surrounded by restaurants and shops. Good access to transport.

Appt saint Jean Lourdes

The appartment was very basic but had everything we needed. The price was very good, the bed was comfortable and a bath and shower was available with hot water. The location is great, being very close to bars, restaurants and shops and the Lourdes domain was a five minute walk away.

This hotel has an excellent location. It is just four blocks from the Sanctuary, so many restaurants by its property, the bus station is across from the street and the breakfast was excellent. And think that the hotel is a little bit old but has an excellent service, the place is clean and comfortable. I saw the hotels that are next to this and I bet they have the same concept but a higher price. If I come again, I will stay here.

The pictures in Expedia and the property reality are very different. Our apartment was in a bad shape. The cabinets were broken, the place overall was smelly, the walls were dirty. I don’t recommend to stay at this place at all!

Motel feel

It's a $50 hotel (that's what we paid). The floor in the room is a weird canvas material your feet stick to when barefoot. The soap in the shower is handsoap you'd find in the metro. we requested a double bed and got two singles pushed together, that meant no cuddling. I'm 6' and my feet were hanging off all night. It is very close to the main attractions and front desk was very friendly.

Internet was down entire day 1. Laundry room had one working machine and it was busy all the time. Then lady (ver nice) told us that we can park on top of hill behind the hotel. Ended up getting a parking ticket. Dishes had to be borrowed with 20euro deposit. Breakfast, we turned as they only had cereal and 2 croissants. However super close to restaurants and Lourdes itself.

Très bien accueilli par la dame de la réception. Très bien situé Concernant la chambre les serviettes sont un peu petites, et l'insonorisation n'est pas optimale mais pour une nuit on s'est adapté... Le mobilier n'est pas de toute jeunesse , un petit rafraîchissement serait un réel plus.
