Hotellet ligger meget centralt og har meget venlig og imødekommende betjening. Bygningen er ved at være slidt, men rengøringen er OK. Morgenmaden levede ikke helt op til forventningerne - bl.a. trak gæret appelsinjuice ned.

staff are wonderful very helpful & friendly it s very close to the grotto and surrounded by a lot of shops i really like it and advises who wants to go to ste lourdes to stay in this hotel it s not luxe , old but as a location and price it's the best but taxes are high and there wasn't a hairdryer but in general it was very good

UNFAIR!

We paid through the internet but according to the Front Desk, its not paid so we had to use our credit card to pay again. Our agent in the Phils. even spoke to them overseas, and spend for the call assuring the French person in the hotel that it was paid already but wouldnt let us go. As we were running out of time and might miss our train to Paris, I had to use my credit card to pay them. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
