"This was my first visit to Lourdes and my stay at the Panorama hotel could not have been better. The staff were so helpful and friendly - Veronique and Daria especially. The location is perfect for visiting the Sanctuaire and there are lots of shops, restaurants, cafés, etc very close to the hotel. "

Breakfast area was very bright with lots of windows and ample room. Selection was well provided including eggs and the coffee machine had excellent coffee to my surprise. Pillows and linens were very clean and comfortable. Kitchenette well equipped except no utensils on arrival had to ask for some."
