Very good value

Small room but very comfortable and clean - considering the cost, it was very good value. Had breakfast at the hotel - it was adequate. Great location. It is a beautiful hotel - the reception area and dining room had a lot of details, indicating that it was a grand hotel at one time. A little dated but great value.

Dark and dismal

The 2 things that are positive for this hotel are the great staff attitude and the excellent location. Everything else fails dismally! The room was old and horrible. The bathroom pretty run down and the walk to the room dark and depressing! The breakfast was very basic with breads, cake, cheese, yogurt and tinned fruit. I pointed out the tinned fruit was 'off' as it was turning almost alcoholic! We decided to have dinner elsewhere as there were no vegetarian options. This hotel was nothing like the reviews posted on various sights... a great disappointment!

Only one problem

The hotel could do with a lick of paint, but at the same time there is a certain old time charm about it and in places it is actually quite beautiful and so is definitely also the lush, green view of the garden. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast not at all bad and the location is perfect for the Lourdes sanctuary - it's just by the bridge leading to the entrance. There is only one problem, and that is that the pictures of the rooms dont even resemble the actual rooms. Not even close. It's like comparing a picture of a meal form a Michelin restaurant to a bowl of cereals. I mentioned this and was given a slightly better room and the staff even admitted that they had a lot of disappointed customers about this. They really should put up more realistic pictures, because as it is, it isn't really fair to the guests.

Excellent service

Très beau séjour. Une chambre très grande chambre triple pour deux. Peut être un peu à rafraichir dans cet hôtel. La literie est très ferme et moyenne dommage. Pour le reste : accueil, petit déjeuner, service c'est parfait

聖域から近く、とても交通至便な場所。 駐車場の予約をメールでしていたにもかかわらず、入っていないと言われていた。たまたま空きがあったので入れたが、直前にリコンファームは必要かもしれない。

Buena ubicación. Urgente modernización del hotel.

El hotel parece un sanatorio con sillas de ruedas por todas partes. El hotel es muy viejo. Urgente modernización. No wifi en el cuarto ni en el desayuno. Lo único positivo es el parking que está unido al hotel y la ubicación.Desayuno muy básico.

Assolutamente da evitare!!

Vecchio albergo mai ammodernato e in piena decadenza con camere spartane e disadorne e servizi igienici antiquati. Da apprezzare solo la posizione molto prossima all'entrata della basilica.

The stay was pleasurable. The view from the room was very beautiful. The people at the reception were super nice and helpful. It was nice to drink beer and coffee at their salon downstairs.

좋은위치 하지만...

따뜻한물이 나오지 않아서 찬물로 샤워할수 밖에 없었어요. 침대가 너무 낡아서 삐그덕 거리고 오래된 호텔이라 청결하지 않앟어요. 위치는 좋고 친절했어요.

立地だけは良い・・・

２０１４年１０月末に1泊しました。ホテルは聖域へ渡る橋のすぐ近く、ＳＮＣＦルルド駅からＳ５番のバス停が橋のところ（Ｐｏｎｔ　Ｓｔ　Ｍｉｃｈｅｌ）に停まるのでスーツケースを持っていてもホテルまでは苦労せずに行けました。私の部屋はたまたま運が良かったのか部屋から聖域＆ロザリオ聖堂が見えました。聖域はすぐ近く、ピレネー博物館・ボリーの水車小屋（ベルナデットの生家）・カショーと他の場所もすべて徒歩圏です。お土産屋さんもホテル近辺にいくつかあります。 ただレストランはあまりなかった。シーズンオフだったからかもしれませんが、そのあまりないレストランが閉まってました（ホテルのレストランは空いています） ホテルの部屋は広さは十分ですが、洗面・トイレ・シャワーのスペースが３つあわせて約３畳あるかないかという狭さです。うちシャワースペースが半分でトイレと洗面が特に狭かった。 あとエアコンがつぶれているのか寒かったのと、廊下での話し声や外の道路を走っている車の音とかもすべて聞こえました。 Ｗｉ-Ｆｉは部屋では使えなかったけどロビーでは使えました、速さは普通です。 朝食はホテル内のレストランで食べましたが後悔しました、ホテル内での値段だと思うのですがあまりにも貧相でした。 ホテルのフロントの人は親切でした。

Hotel très agréable

Sejour très agréable L'hôtel a un Très bon emplacement À trois minutes à pied des basiliques plein de petits magasins en bas de l'hôtel la réception est luxueuse mais les chambres Un peu moins même si elle sont très agréables et propres. Les prix sont très acceptable par rapport à cet hôtel très chaleureux. les réceptionnistes sont très très souriants et très accueillants je recommande cet hôtel à tous!!!

3 nights @ Minotel Excelsior

1st of all, it was very Hot in Lourdes in Aug 2012, hotel no air condition, very unconfortable to rest or sleep. Rm very clean, close to St Michael's gate, grotto, had fan in rm, great view of the castle, etc. good size elevator. But would not stay there again. Not happy w/the room, it took forever to get to the room, we were on the 3rd floor, got out of the elevator, went down some stairs w/the luggage, down the hall, then 3 steps down, down the hall, then turn to the rt & finally located our rm. sorry, it was just too much confusion.

Hôtel Minotel Excelsior à Lourdes - proche de la Grotte et de la Basilique

Accueil chaleureux. Point noir: malheureusement, notre chambre était située juste à côté de l'ascenseur et il était très bruyant....
