"We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. "The property was beautiful, location convenient. It's steps away from the Santa Justa Lift, a supermarket, and Rossio station. Luis made check-in super easy. He walked us over and assisted with our luggage. The LIFT team was very communicative - there were various methods to contact them. There's street buskers that sing the same 10 songs with mics and amps every night. They stop at around midnight but it could be annoying if you need to wake up early."

"We arrived to Lisbon early and our check in didn’t start until 3pm but we got to the hotel around 12:30pm and were able to get our room around 1pm. Which was amazing thanks to friendly staff. "We walked into the apt booked for us and it had not been cleaned, nor did it have towels or toilet paper. They took more than an hour to move us to a next door apt, which is what the "LSA" team should done. There is no microwave oven which was not in Expedia ad.
