Klimaanlage/Heizung über Bedienpult weder Bad noch im Schlafzimmer regelbar. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption muss das über die Rezeption gesteuert werden (was macht das für einen Sinn?) unfreundliches Personal bei Rückfragen, legten am Telefon einfach auf. "
