"Upon arrival myself and others guest checking in were informed that there was no hot water and could opt to make other reservations elsewhere if we choose. There seemed to be a problem with my check in since I booked with a 3rd party though I was never told the issue. Room was nice and clean though the bathroom was in need of ventilation. Also, we could not make coffee in the morning because our coffee maker didn't have a basket to put the coffee in. Room service only came to your room every 3 days. It was not a horrible experience, but enough to make me not want to book here again."

"DO NOT BOOK HERE! The whole inside and outside of the hotel needs torn down and redone. The first room I got was dirty. Even the bed sheets were stained to high hell, there were roaches in the bathroom, every fixture and piece of furniture was stained and had tears in it. I went to the front desk and they said they will take me to another room the second room was also dirty and the ac was broken. The fourth floor was so hot they had fans in the hallways trying to cool it down. Then they took me to a third room that room also was super dirty and also had roaches in the bathroom. All the hallways smelled of mildew. Half of the lights in the parking lot work. Making parking there seem sketchy. If they can’t wipe down counter or vacuum what makes you think that bed you’re about to sleep in will be clean as well especially if the sheets are stained!"

"The hotel is in a good location, unfortunately we only had our room cleaned once while staying four nights. The room was always pretty warm, I also requested to switch rooms because we had a door that had access to another room but they denied my request saying that they didn’t have any more rooms. We were awakened by the next door guest alarm every morning and snooze at least twice. For the price you are paying for this hotel, you should get better service. The swimming pool was dirty. I won’t recommend this hotel, look for another place."
