"Initially I was given a room where there was already someone in the room. I got it exchange immediately But in the next day someone else tried entering in my room My room was latched from inside so he could not enter but the persons mentioned sorry and left immediately I think some system should be in place to avoid such mistakes"

"Clean room with fantastic beds and blackout shades. I’ve stayed here many, many times and was distressed this visit by the on-site restaurant. It used to be a highlight of staying at this property. Fantastic servers and good food. The Spotted Donkey was a bit of disaster. No host to seat is or acknowledge us. I stood at the podium for thirty minutes along with others and nobody even came to explain the situation. It was as if there were no cooks or servers. This needs to be seriously addressed if you will lose lots of hotel business. "

"Clean rooms, plenty of towels, the casino is very spacious, restaurants were all good, and the pool area is a lot of fun!"

"The Origin is in a prime location. With so many stores and places to eat at walking distance. Safe, quiet, and clean. But the rooms need more attention. Rooms were modern but need to be cleaned more throughly. My husband and I had to go out and buy some cleaning supplies because the room not what we expected."

"The La Quinta Inn (Denver/Golden) is an affordable & convenient hotel for lodging near I70 & US 285. The rooms appear to be clean and are comfortable. There are no real amenities. I’ve never seen the pool open. The front-desk staff is generally hot or miss in terms of professionalism & courtesy. It seems as though the house cleaning staff does a good job with cleaning the rooms. It’s also nice tor them to provide water in the lobby for customers."
