"With its location and friendly, helpful, professional staff, this hotel has the opportunity to shine, but it is so poorly maintained that I considered rebooking. What the hell, I was there. I didn’t care that the decor was from the 80s or only one elevator reliably worked or that there was no refrigerator, but what I DID care about was the condition of the bathroom. The caulk was mildewed and peeling. The wallpaper was thumbtacked on the edges, and it smelled. The water pressure was great...

"Loved the layout of the room. Lots of space and looked just like the pictures! Staff were also very kind and helpful. Location was also very convenient as it was very close to the subway and easy for rideshare services to locate. Great coffee at Blank Street just a 5 minute walk away. Also a wonderful price, especially considering we stayed on a holiday weekend
My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the room. There was dirt in the tub of one of the showers that was easily rinsed out, but...
