"The room itself was beautiful—spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable. We especially loved the floor-to-ceiling windows wrapping around the entire room, which offered a stunning, panoramic view of the city. The staff were polite and welcoming throughout our stay, and we really appreciated the late checkout they kindly provided.
Although bottled water, tea, and coffee were provided, we couldn’t get the coffee machine to work. Additionally, the fridge didn’t seem to be functioning—possibly...

"Great location in the heart of the LES. Staff was extremely friendly. Room was clean and efficient. No frills, but perfect for an NYC vacation. Free coffee and water were a perk. Would definitely stay here again and recommend."
