"The hotel was in a great location with the subway and ferry services a short walk away. It is in a good location for exploring attractions like the 9/11 Museum and the Statue of Liberty. Friendly staff on check in. The room was a good size, comfortable, clean and had a good bathroom. The room also had a fridge, perfect for keeping drinks and food cool in the heat of downtown Manhattan. Overall a wonderful stay."

"Overall I enjoyed my stay. The employees were kind and very helpful l. My only qualms were how dark the room was, there weren’t many bright lights, and how cold it was. I tried adjusting our thermostat but it was freezing which I won’t complain too much…it was HOT outside. Overall, nice property, affordable and convenient."

"The staff are what makes this place a 5 star hotel! Everyone we encountered was kind, friendly, and always asking how our stay was and how we were doing. They provided recommendations for us on dining and always answered our questions. Free breakfast was a plus, too! Our room was small and our view was next to nothing, which was kind of depressing when visiting New York but we made do."

"The hotel was in a fantastic location, close to great areas and multiple subway stops. Check in and out was seamless. The room was very small, perhaps a little tight for two people but manageable with a comfortable bed and cute little shower. It was loud at night due to being directly on bowery, which is the only issue - but if you have earplugs and tire yourself out, it shouldn’t be an issue."

"Great experience! The rooms are spacious with great views. Check in and check out we’re particularly smooth. We arrived at 9am and our room was ready early. Staff was super helpful. Love they are pet friendly. Also loved having a kitchenette. Overall great experience. We will definitely stay there again!"
