This was the perfect stay for a quick overnight trip! The room felt very elevated and well designed - although the bathroom/shower door didnt want to stay shut - and i loved that my room faced a courtyard. It was very peaceful considering the location! staff was great and the little cafe/food pantry in the lobby was super convenient and well stocked. Would stay again!

Great location, easy check in/out, no coffee in the (non-suite) rooms and you have to buy it in the lobby which is a bit of a pain, especially if the barista is on break when you get downstairs. Rooms are small, but efficient and tidy. Perfect for a solo traveler.

The staff were really helpful. Helping us check in and booking us transport to JFK at the end of our stay. The only thing I would say is it should be made clearer that if you have a king bed with city view there is not all round access to the bed. When you are both over 60, one with a broken hand, it was not easy having to crawl to get out of the bed.

I really did enjoy my stay at Arlo Soho. The staff was sweet and sufficient at the front desk. Check In/Out was easy and smooth. Turn down service could use some new recommendations but I received what i asked. The hotels’ restaurant Linden’s and it’s staff were pleasant, tentative and thoughtful. I would recommend it.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and this property. I stayed back in Feb in the days leading up to the blizzard - Shaq and the team were so incredibly helpful at this time and overall every staff member I met was incredibly thoughtful, considerate and polite. My room was immaculate, obviously the rooms are a little more compact but I never felt without. It is very thoughtfully designed. I enjoyed my stay so much that I’ll be returning in a couple of weeks. The location is perfect walking distance to really anything you may need. I think this will be my go to place on each NYC visit. Thanks again guys, look forward to seeing you soon!
