"It wasn’t THE worst hotel I have ever stayed at, but it was pretty close. Front desk staff was near non-existent.
The woman at check-in was fine.
When I called down for linens for the sofa bed, I was told there was no housekeeping and I needed to come down and get it. After waiting for probably ten minutes, the guy hands me a wad of linens. I get back to my room and there is a fitted and flat sheet. No blanket. I call back down - no answer. I just go to bed.

"Found a bug on the boxspring of the bed. Alerted the desk attendant and she switched us to a different room. The second room was better. It had a metal platform instead of a boxspring. The room smelled like cigarettes and air freshener. Okay for one night. The price was low compared to other hotels in the area. The breakfast was good."

"Decent enough place, clean, accessible, although it seems a bit pricey. Everything extra was a charge, including $10 for parking, which I've never been charged for outside of a city. Ant it was a bit noisy, you could here trucks pounding on the nearby highway. Next time I'm in the area I'll look elsewhere."

"Our room was very clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the mountains. The parking garage was hard to navigate and it was a little odd that there is no reception desk - it’s just a person in the snack shop onsite, but everyone was nice and able to answer our questions. The biggest issue was that we were all ready to get food and drink at Redtail Lodge (the only restaurant onsite) and it was completely closed for a private event. This meant we had to drive offsite for dinner which we were...
