"My stay at Sonesta was a bit of a mixed experience. There were several maintenance issues in the room that really shouldn’t have been overlooked. The shower head needed fixing, the AC seemed stuck at 18 degrees the entire time, and the Body Soap, Shampoo and conditioner dispensers were broken, which was inconvenient. The pool area was also disappointing. There’s only one pool, and it was consistently very crowded, making it hard to actually enjoy. That said, the staff were genuinely nice and helpful, which made a positive difference during the stay. Overall, it has potential, but the property really needs better upkeep and attention to detail."

"Stay away, the room had a moldy smell I was sick for the first 3 day of my stay ( difficulty breathing)until they brought a fan to assist with the odors. The furnitures were very old and funky. Beautiful view from the balcony. Lay out decent but the place need a complete rehab."

"Excellent facility. Our condo was clean, open concept with beautiful views. Location is good. A quick taxi to Simpson Bay for lots of restaurants. "

"Excellent! Very convenient with onsite grocery and dining and right on the Dutch-French border of the island. Unit was very large with excellent amenities all around. Outside terrace was enormous and very nice for the end of the day. "
