"The carousel parking worked out okay, but it is a little bit of a challenge to enter. The unit is small but super clean and a more than adequate kitchen. We could hear the shower running in the unit above us, which was only an issue in the middle of the night. Overall, very satisfied."

"The room was very clean. We stayed during the snow storm and the heat in our room conked out. The after hours help was super quick and helpful. We were moved to another room quickly. "

"I was shocked at the location. I'm glad I didn't plan to walk to the historic area, as it was not safe. The room was shockingly small, too small for even a bedside table to ut your glasses or phone on. It was made of concrete. This made it very loud in the room and uncomfortable. The bathroom door was basically for show and did not feel private. I would not stay here again. I would sleep in my car before paying to sleep there. "

"My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. Made for the perfect Valentine’s weekend! Walkable to every restaurant and bar we wanted to explore. On a safe, relatively quiet street as well. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Springhill Suites offered a shuttle to downtown Charleston and MUSC. $7 a day unlimited travel. When you were ready to come back to the hotel all you had to do was call. We parked our car upon arrival and did not get back in it until we were ready to leave for home. What an awesome service."

"It was nice having a warm breakfast complimentary each morning, however was not a ton to choose from and the premade breakfast sandwiches were cold so just threw it away. The rooms were not very clean and could use an update. Overall the hotel was average, staff was friendly and location was convenient to get over to historic part of city. "

"The room was wet/ humid, the bed was damp. You couldn't open the slider door. The room wasn't the cleanest and was in poor condition. Rust, mold, and fake eye lashes in the bathroom/on the sink. Im confused about the 8 out of 10. The staff was great."

"I only have good things to say about the staff. The room was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. I think for the price they could provide better than a 1 ply toilet paper however. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the wait staff made it a nice dining experience. Loved the lattes!!!!!!"

"The staff was super friendly. This property could use some updates. It just seems tired, and the parking lot filled up quickly. It’s by a marina so the view is kinda pretty. We did not stay for breakfast as it was a turn and burn for us. For the price though it served its purpose."
