The service was excellent and met all expectations you might have. Despite us making changes short term and have a very late arrival Dana was there to make sure all was perfect. 5 stars from us. The breakfast very nice as we had possibility to try local pastries, cheese and more. All in all a pleasant stay and a good experience, can only recommend it

The place to be in the area!

This is an incredible charming place that brings you back in the centuries of the region. The property is super well maintained and the room has everything we could have needed and wished (coffee, tv, kitchen corner, and also dog friendly amenities such as big bed and bowls). Also the host made us feel super welcome and did an amazing job on providing info about the region and place to visit. Location is perfect if you plan to explore the Piemonte region as everything is an a radius of 1h drive, including Turin and Milan. If there is one thing that we regret is to not have stayed longer.

Séjour très agréable, Dana et son conjoint m’ont accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. Je recommande vivement cet établissement. Le service et les produits sont frais au petit déjeuner, les chambres sont spacieuses avec beaucoup de charme et très bien équipées. La propriété est magnifique et la cave est extra.

Hôtel très agréable, propre et calme. Le personnel est très gentil et à l'écoute. Je conseille le restaurant attenant qui est d'un très haut niveau. N'ayant pas demandé, nous avons pris le petit déjeuner standard, on peut demander l'international. Je recommande cet hôtel pour les amateurs de sites anciens et aimant le bon vin.

Bellissima e storica struttura in Lu Monferrato. E' stata davvero un'ottima e piacevole esperienza consigliata da Hotel .com . Accoglienza gentilissima. Ampia camera pulita e dotata di ogni confort. Sehr außergewöhnliches Hotel. Beeindruckende Räume! Das Badezimmer neuwertig und sehr groß. Leider hat die Klimaanlage kaum funktioniert und das bei +35°! Das Restaurant war absolut Hammer! Sterneküche! Einfach wow!

Perfect place for a romantic getaway.

A very unique place to stay. It is beautifully restored old monastary. The breakfast was good. Parking was free. Had a nice romantic weekend here.

Hotel für Landschaftsverliebte mit ruhe Bedürfnis

Altes Castello von außen sind wir erst erschrocken, die Zimmer sind aber ordentlich ohne großen Luxus. Die Standardzimmer sind sehr rustikal, wir hatten die besserer Kategorie mit renoviertem Bad und extra schlaf und Wohnraum. Das war dann für 3-4 Nächte ok. Restaurant nur ab Donnerstag bis Sonntag offen gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. In der Umgegend gibt es viele kleine Restaurants, die von außen nicht wirklich einladen, aber innen dann sehr freundlich und angenehm ausgestattet sind, mit einer guten und ehrlichen Küche. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich und es sind gute Stoßdämpfer gefragt.

Excelente experiência

Foi uma excelente experiência na cidade de LU. Pequena cidade, onde parece que estamos hospedados 1500 anos atrás. Eu adorei a experiência e o atendimento do STAFF. Me senti de fato em um castelo. Tudo é muito bom. Vale a pena. Recomendo. Tem muitas escadas, mas lembre castelo não tinha elevador.
