"初めての滞在でしたがスタッフの皆様のおかげで素晴らしい滞在となりました。 街中との行き来に加えて、2泊以上の滞在だったため空港までの送迎もいただきありがたかったです。スタッフの皆様には都度丁寧にご案内いただき、安心して過ごすことができました。 室内はもちろん、各施設綺麗にメンテナンスされていて、プールも心地良かったです。 朝食は室内とバルコニーを選ぶことができ、バルコニーで景色と共に楽しむことができました。フォーもその場で作っていただきましたが今まで食べた中で一番美味しかったです。 またぜひ滞在したいホテルです。"

Spacious room, breakfast is plentiful overlooking the river, walking distance to the night markets and other attractions, amazing courteous staff. A big shoutout to Vone at front desk who helped me a lot. I have already booked my stay for next year."

"I really enjoyed my stay there. The room and bathroom were on the small side so that's why I'm not rating at 5 stars. I had a pond view room. Everything else was excellent. Location was great. Close to restaurants. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The free mini bar items were a nice extra. I would definately recommend this hotel to friends and would stay there again."

"I was extremely disappointed with this hotel - we checked out two days early. It is at best a 3 star hotel. Only stay if you get a cheap deal and don’t expect 5 star service or standards. The WiFi doesn’t work we had to use 5G We had to wake up the bar server twice, the first time Christmas songs were played (in March!!) and the second time it was silent and had absolutely no atmosphere.
