Danny has gone above and beyond with customer service. As far as the General Manager he made my stay a lil inconvenient. He took my payment for the room at 1:30 pm and I left to pick up my children.

There were things left in the room. Roaches in the bathroom. Staff was great after our misunderstanding. I don’t know about breakfast because I didn’t go. I expected the rooms to be in better shape but they were very run down and not sanitary.

Found hair and a used bandage on bathtub. Toilet would not flush. Lamp had spliced cord and only one prong on cord. TV didn't work. Bed was fairly comfortable and AC did work even if somewhat noisily.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE! The pictures are nothing what this place actually is. Very bad area of town with very sketchy people walking around the property. Not family friendly at all. Many rooms appear to have been broken into as the door handles look broken on a lot of doors. The property is very worn down nothing like the pictures. We arrived around 12:30am and felt very unsafe in the parking lot even though they have a security guard driving around. The first room they gave us we walked in and there was a horrible smell. Walked around the room and it was completely trashed. Walls torn up, dirty walls, smoke detector ripped from the wall. There was even still poop and toilet paper in the toilet. One bed only had one pillow. It almost looked like someone was already staying there. Very creepy! We walked out immediately and and went back to the front desk and I demanded a room that looked like the pictures I saw on Expedia. They walked us to another room and guess what the door wouldn't even open. The handle was broken. I also noticed the pool was covered with a tarp and trashed. My kids really wanted to play in the pool which doesn't even exist. I told them that I would just like a refund as this place was nothing like it is advertised. So they said they gave me a refund but I booked through Expedia and have yet to receive it.

Your rooms are very very nasty and dirty bathtubs are clogged up and full of water there is pubic hair everywhere it was very disgusting had foul odors paid for this day not only online but as I got there I had to pay another same amount of money so was charged twice for nasty dirty stinky rooms. I would not suggest stay at this Motel even if it was the last bit of money you had or is the last room available is not worth the money

The Baymont by Wyndham is not a safe place to be! Walking up the hallway to my room I was greeted with filth and a strong smell of urine. I am sure if the health department were to visit this Wyndham property they would shut it down. I am also sure that if the police department were to visit, and witness the (alleged) drug deal I saw, they would also shut this place down. Out of morbid curiosity I went into my room to check it out. I shut the door immediately & checked out. Though I am sure this Wyndham property is used to short stays, I might have set a record.

The hotel room last night in Lubbock awful. It smelled like smoke and dog. There was a roach on the wall and elsewhere. No lamp shade, just a bare bulb. One towel, no wash cloths. No TV. The toilet wasn’t clean-feces spots inside the seat. They have the pool covered. There was a big fresh pile of dog crap right in front of our door!

The front desk agent was rude. He gave me a room key to a room that was already rented out. I had to go back to the office and get another room key. The place was very dirty the tub was black. Every lamp in the room didn’t have a light bulb. There was numerous holes in the walls. The carpet smelled no toilet paper no towels. The entire bathroom was dirty. I left and stayed at another hotel even though I had paid for a room there. I would like a refund. Worst place I’ve ever experienced.
