Hotel mocno średni. Pokoje tragedia połamana deska WC, ułamany zaczep od drzwi prysznica, spalona żarówka w szafie, niedziałające wifi, szlafroki tragedia. Prośba o większe szlafroki nie została zrealizowana mimo że powiedziano w recepcji że będą dostarczone. Upominanie się o papier toaletowy bo nikt nie donosi rano i dwa razy o obsługę kręgielni. Źle naliczona kwota za pobyt i brak informacji w restauracji o wykupionej obiado-kolacji (na szczęście udało się to wyjaśnić). Jedyny plus za SPA i panie tam pracujące oraz za jedzenie.

The setting was beautiful with good facilities. The room was comfortable and clean with an amazing view. The only critisim would be that there was no information or welcome pack in the room. Okolica- cudowna. Teren zewnętrzny obiektu to na prawdę miejsce na prawdziwy relaks. Ale wnętrze hotelu - zniszczone meble, zardzewiałe grzejniki, na balkonie -mnóstwo pajęczyn pająków robaków „pozostałości” na barierkach... Obsługa także zasługuje na mierny, zero empatii i uśmiechu. Uśmiech miała jedynie pani która jest nowa .. :)

Wspaniały obiekt z pełną infrastrukturą

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z naszego pobytu. Przebywaliśmy w hotelu z dwójką małych dzieci, w pokoju była duża rozkładana sofa na której spokojnie zmieściłaby się dwójka dzieci, wygodne duże łoże, lodówka. Pani recepcjonistka niezwykle miła i pomocna, pomogła nam wnieść walizki na górę i i jeszcze rozłożyć sofę, ogólnie bardzo miła obsługa w hotelu. Śniadania były bardzo bogate, codziennie coś innego na gorąco, mnóstwo różnych zimnych przekąsek. Basen super, do tego brodzik dla małych dzieci, 2 sauny jacuzzi itd,. Do hotelu przynależy plaża a na niej znajduje się sauna przy samym jeziorze, cudo :) duży parking i co dla nas bardzo ważne bardzo dobry internet co nie zdarza się często w hotelach. Minus to bardzo słabe sprzątanie,niemiłe pokojówki i brak sklepu spożywczego w pobliżu, wszędzie trzeba podjeżdżać autem. Bardzo polecam ten hotel, cudowne miejsce i okolica.

Erlebnisaufenthalt bei Karl dem Großen

Man wird von freuendlichen Receptionisten empfangen. alle Informationen zur Stadt, die ein Hotel zur Verfügung stellen kann, standen uns zur Verfügung. die Aussicht auf die Stadt, oberste Etage vom Restaurant aus, daf man nich verpassen. Geht auch nicht, denn dort gibt es ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Naja, und dann die Stadt, muss man gesehen haben. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt, leider zu kurz.

Obiekt ładny,komfortowy, ale sprawia wrażenie jakby nie miał gospodarza. A hotel that does not deserve 4 stars!

Too many areas of the hotel needs upgrading. The room we stayed in had dirty carpet and old and broken furniture. The shower head was very old, water flowing in all directions. The staff looked miserable and the food the restaurant- no comment. The only positive was a SPA treatments.

Niby wygodnie, ale w pokoju brudno.
