"This is a nice clean property, however the amenities seemed a bit lacking. We had some issues with temperature control in the room, which the staff also had difficulty in rectifying, although they did offer a new room (which had the same issue). The breakfast was ok, but there seemed to be limited options compared to many other hotels of the same caliber (for example the Holiday Inn). The gym had minimal equipment, but the equipment that was there was in good shape. It just struck me as a hotel that was designed with enough space in all areas (breakfast area, gym, and even the rooms) to provide more amenities. The staff were very nice, but it seemed like there were not enough people on shift to manage the building (ie, no maintenance person who knew how the complicated thermostats worked). The location is great and I think if they had more staff and provided some of the expected amenities of other similar chains (like coffee available in the lobby outside of breakfast hours), it would definitely elevate the experience. Hopefully this doesn't sound too picky, bit it's the little things that people appreciate during their stay."

"The staff including front desk, housekeeping, servers, and management were excellent in resolving a few issues I had. Very friendly and went out of their way to assist you. I had a sink drainage the first day of arrival. Maintenance was called and they reported it was was fixed. It did not last as the problem stayed the rest of my stay. Had meals that were not satisfactory. One dinner, fish and chips, batter was over cooked and too much grease. Breakfast was poached eggs medium with toast. Eggs were in a bowl with water and egg whites floating in it, not much of eggs left also served hard not medium. Toast was not fresh at all, dried out. Decided to have meals at other venues. Not sure of their policy in regard to access to movies on T.V. All I received was sports"

"The hotel has not been maintained well and is not very clean. Towels all had stains all over them. Common areas are not kept clean bins are not emptied. The floors are not mopped. The property could do with a good clean. There was also a strange smell in my room. The shower in my room was also not working properly as the tap was spraying water out so the shower head would not fully work properly. Over all I would not plan on coming back here again unless they do some much needed renovations and maintenance"

"Great location for travellers. Check in was very good. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable but air conditioner was not completely in place. Curtains were a starting to show rips. Toiletries were not great. Only mirror in the room was in the bathroom. We only stayed one night so easy to deal with negatives."
