"Its a terrible booking...i book fir this property through hotel.com but then the property saud theh never receive zny reservation or confirmation, we even show confirmation znd receit of payment. But theh deny it and blaned online booking. They never refjnd my money thag i booked for 2 nights so please nevef ever book on this hotel or any booking online on this property, they jusf scam me. I paid for nothing. I tried to call the customer service they saud they gonna help me. But i called 6x but no one resolved my it. Instead they said they are not goinv to refund the money because the property denied or confirm to cancel it. My family has to book different booking and paid more.
