Amazing place!

My family and I had an amazing stay. The property is beautiful, and well kept. We spent a lot of time in the swimming pool and it was really pleasant and clean. It had a beautiful view and large enough so that it never felt crowded. Ken was an amazing host, always caring and going the extra mile to make our stay perfect. He’s a great storyteller so we had great insight of the history of the place and its surroundings. He gave us amazing suggestions for dinners and places to visit. Everyone was very kind and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay at Les Jardin de la Contie.

A moment in heaven...

A place of divine reflection. for those who appreciate history, a good story, the romance of France and it's landscape and people, the sweetness of the good life, prefer the simple over the hard, for humans and other creatures that can still recognise life, love and adventure. For those with imagination and grit. Not for the faint of heart, the tense or anxious. Thank you to Ken and Sabine for their deep grace and spirit of benevolence and service that pervades everything around them.

There were no shampoo, conditioner, or soap for shower...only liquid hand soap for washing hands. Service was great; the towel bar was preheated. Bed was super comfortable.

古いホテルです。そこがまた感激です。

メインハウスは700年前に建てられたという。私たちが泊まったのは、別棟であったが、それでも350年前の建物という。概観・室内ともにきわめて古いが、室内は清潔であった。周分には、コンク（Conque）,サンシルク・ラポピー（Sain-Cirq-Lapopie)に代表される小さく美しい村々が点在し、壁画で有名なペック・メルレ（Pech Merle)がある。オーナーはとてもフレンドリーな方で、レンタカーで訪れた私たちに詳細に訪問ルートを教えてくれた。大感謝であった。日本人旅行者には、特別な感慨を与えてくれるホテルです。おすすめです。

Hidden Gem

We thought this place was amazing. Hard to find, even with signs. Once there, the serinity and beauty is wonderful. Ken is a very congenial and knowledgeable host. Our stone cottage was gorgeous and contained all that is needed even for a prolonged stay. Breakfast was served by Ken in the common dining room and was great way to start the day.
