"On my way to Spain, I made my stop for the night at this maison.
The house is in an extremely quiet area and feels very relaxing.
The house itself shows its age, and the surroundings around it is farmers land I assume.
I had a room overlooking the pool, and the room was fine. Everything worked and was well maintained. The TV only had french stations so not worth watching.
I couldn't get the wifi to set up (due to my clumsiness?) so I used my own.
So please ask about it if you decide to stay...
"Overnight stay on our way home from a 5 day getaway. Campanile always provides clean comfortable rooms, with friendly reception. Excellent for a 1 or 2 day stay."
"Easy access to the city centre, its restaurants and other attractions. I spent a weekend here with my wife and our dog (so we absolutely loved that it was a pet friendly facility)."
"The ”& Spa” is a bit of a scam. Apparently the spa area is so small that you have to book well in advance. I booked the hotel for one night for the sole reason to be able to use the spa on arrival. We came on a beginning of December Sunday afternoon with nearly nobody at the hotel, but still got the news that we could not use the spa as it was ”fully booked for the whole evening”."
"The service was good. Good value but rooms are a little tired looking. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. Quiet area and easy parking but a little far from town and restaurants "
"Basic hotel, very clean, great breakfast. Amazing staff, Quiet, let me check in early with no charge after a long journey, the manager couldn’t do more for me. Restaurant and shop next door with lots of options. Would highly recommend this hotel"
"Perfect gem! Free parking on site, and the hotel is so relaxing and charming. It keeps the beauty of the old building but updates enough for a very comfortable stay. Check-in was easy, and they spoke perfect English, always a treat. We loved the area and took a few strolls to see some sites at the doorstep. "
"The reception tried her best to fulfill my request and was friendly. I forgot to put the sign of do not disturb so the housekeeper did a good job cleaning. I thought it would have been cleaned only when i put the sign to ask for housekeeping. The ventilation of other rooms seemed no working so I smell when the neighbors were cooking.
To sum up, a good value for a business traveler who cares about budget."
"The hotel is ok. It’s clean, but have minimum services. The area is an industrial park, so not very charming or well connected, but could be convenient if you’re passing by and don’t want to drive into the city."
