"Hotel and room were very clean. Staff was very friendly and kind. It's a simple, motel style hotel, close to shopping, food, etc. Only 20-30 minutes with traffic to popular destinations in the area (Pigeon Forge, Smokies, etc). We would absolutely stay here again. The only thing that really could be improved is a quick cleaning of the bathroom celing vent and less salt in the breakfast items. "Nice place, great outdoor patio with fire pits and indoor and outdoor pools. Relaxing. The room and hotel were very clean and the staff members were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was decent."

"The room smelled of milll dew. It wasn’t properly cleaned. WiFi was not made available at the front desk. The continental breakfast was terrible. The powdered eggs had a fishy smell and were inetable . The sausage didn’t appear to be real meat. The staff hovered over the breakfast bar and gave the guests the impression he was watching over to much consumption. I won’t be staying at this hotel ever again!!!"

"Gym was small but fine, the water dispenser don’t work. I did tell the staff, but it wasn’t fixed by the time we left. The milk in the kitchen was expired. I let somebody know, he did end up changing it. Twice there was nobody at the front desk. I waited for quite some time and still nobody showed up. I think they are sorely understaffed at that the best western. I only found one ice maker on the first floor and there was an open pipe behind it so it stunk like sewage. Also we had a room...

"Floor was seperated all over, like they just laid the floor without connecting. Poor lighting, bathroom light finally turned on at 4 in the morning."

"It was fine for the price. Rooms not soundproofed. The breakfast was several granola bars and a banana. Upon check-out, the front desk refused to give me a receipt. Said, "You booked third-party, call them for your receipt". I didn't bother arguing and just left. Besides that, it was what I expected for the price point. "

"The temperature of room would not stay consistent. The pool was lacking. Both the keys stopped working and had to be rekeyed. The breakfast was decent but not great and coffee was not very good. They charged us an incidental fee that was not disclosed to us upon booking so our stay was more then we budgeted for. The hotel itself just seemed run down and we thought being a marriot brand it would of been better."

"The place was very nice and clean. The room was perfect and it worked out well for my cat. The only down fall was there were very few places to eat but we went to a place next door, Harrison's, qhich had very good food."

We could not get into our room as the card key didn’t work and the couple we were with had to change rooms because someone was smoking cigarettes and weed in their room. It was noisy and we did not feel safe. We left as soon as we woke up. "
